National Sales Executive - New York, NY

Helping drive revenue for the company, the National Sales Executive focuses on midsize companies and franchisees with 5 or more locations. The Executive has a strong ability to establish, build and leverage client relationships by understanding and meeting the marketing needs of multi-location businesses. Comfortable with outbound sales calls, Executive can effectively prospect for and close business via a phone-based approach.

  • Lay foundation to develop Preferred Vendor relationships on a national level

  • Offers substantial skills in prospecting, building long-term relationships and closing business

  • Conduct 75+ outbound sales calls per day to individual franchise locations and multi-location businesses (under 25 locations) offering Signpost’s product suite

  • Understand and build on marketing needs of multi-location business

  • Prospect for new clients, identify current client needs and propose effective phone-based sales strategies

Qualified Candidates

  • Have 1-3+ years full-cycle sales experience, preferably with franchise brands

  • Comfortable prospecting and cold calling; closing sales over the phone

  • Proficient at conducting needs analysis

  • Follow a transactional sale model with a 3-4 call close

  • Ability to build relationships quickly to leverage referrals within national brands

  • experience preferred
